GREAT but...

This game is fantastic with many cool features! I felt a little confused the first time I played. There was no info on what the tools where. I did however, like the braces feature with plenty of cool colors to choose from. I find it is not mature to make children buy the characters or (Patients) with real money. I feel as if the patient you fix their teeth and they give you 5 coins or something to spend on a "shop" to buy new tools or to buy a new patient. I would love it if I could level up and get access to a certain item while I am leveling up. I hope you make this in the next update! Thank you! I recommend this app!!!
