Needs some work but has a potential

I dont agree with my 4 year old but she just loves the game. Probably because she had her first teeth cleaning recently and is familiar with some of the things. I heard her talking to the character while "cleaning" the boys teeth in the game just like a hygienist was talking to her at the dentist office. In my opinion the game helps to conquer fears kids might have when visiting a dentist and has a great potential as it is all about role play at this age. However I was expecting some "sign" when "the job is done". Isnt the boy supposed to smile happily or say thank you. My daughter didnt care. But its unclear when the level is finished. I was going to buy the full version of the game. But after reading the reviews I am not going to. Also - it is clear from the pictures of the other characters that its the same thing all over again, just faces are different. Whats the point buying then. There should be other things u can do with the other 3 characters.
